Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
- United States: 4–8 business days after processing.
- Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and France: 6–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates
- 1 item: $1.99 standard shipping.
- 2 or more items: FREE shipping.
- Orders of $29 or more (US) / $30 or more (international): FREE shipping.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed packages
